1. Order Processing Time

5. Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us, and we may cancel the order.

  • In such cases, shipping charges may not be refunded.

6. Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

  • Title (ownership) passes to you once full payment is received and item delivered.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping / export services.
