Refund & Return Policy

1. Return / Exchange Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and invoice.

  • Items marked as “non‑returnable” or “final sale” (e.g. intimate wear, custom items, perishable goods) are excluded from returns.

  • Any defect, damage, or wrong item must be reported immediately (within 48‑72 hours of delivery) with photographic proof.

2. How to Initiate Return / Exchange

  • Contact our support (via email, chat, or hotline) and provide order number, reason, and images (if applicable).

  • We will review and, if eligible, issue you a return authorization or exchange instructions.

3. Shipping the Return

  • Returns may be via courier pick-up (if available in your area) or self‑ship using a reliable courier of your choice (must inform us of tracking).

  • Return shipping cost policy:

      • If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item), we cover shipping.

      • Otherwise, return shipping cost may be borne by you (deducted from refund) or per prior communication.

    4. Inspection & Approval

    • Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it to verify eligibility.

    • If approved, we will initiate refund or send replacement/exchange.

    • If the product fails inspection (e.g. used, damaged by customer), we may reject the return or offer partial refund.

    5. Refunds

    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (credit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within [e.g. 7–10 business days] after approval.

    • Shipping charges, taxes, or restocking fees may not be refundable (unless otherwise promised).

    • If stock allows, we may facilitate direct exchange for size/color.

    • We may revise this return policy at any time. The version at the time of your order applies.

    • Please retain original packaging and tags until return window expires.
